The NOVO Experience
What to Expect
Learning through play. Built for growth.
A growth-focused approach inspired by global practices from Stanford University.
A closer look at how children experience, learn, and grow at Novo Camps.
Our first edition brings the globally recognised Imagineerz Learning programme to India, with over 15 years of experience designing hands-on, experiential camps for children.
At Novo, children engage through stories, building, play, and collaboration while developing confidence, adaptability, and a positive approach to challenges.
The i-CAN Attitude

i-CAN framework

How Campers Learn
Campers learn through experience.
They try ideas, make mistakes, adapt and try again.
Learning is hands-on, social, and engaging. Campers build skills while having fun, learning to be resilient and enjoying the process.
Learning That Feels Like Play
Campers are given space to participate
They choose how they want to engage, share ideas and collaborate with others.
Mixed-age groups allow children to learn from one another. Through the day, children build friendships, share experiences, and feel part of a group.
A Space to Belong
Children leave the camp with an I-CAN ATTITUDE
They discover newer versions of themselves.
Children leave with the confidence to try new things, the ability to express ideas, teamwork and collaboration skills, a problem-solving mindset, and better communication skills
