FIRST DAY AT NOVO CAMPS

  • 9 AM to 3 PM, Monday to Friday

  • Drop-off: 9:00 AM to 9:15 AM daily. Please bring 3 stamp-size photographs of the child, along with 2 stamp-size photographs each of the parents and the designated guardian (authorized to pick up the child). The child will receive an ID card, and the parents/guardian will receive bearer cards for pick-up authorization.

    Pick-up: Monday to Thursday: 3:00 PM to 3:15 PM daily. Parents or guardians must carry the bearer card at the time of pick-up. We will not release children without presenting a valid bearer card. If someone not listed on the bearer card is picking up the child, the parent must inform us in advance via the app and email, including the person’s photograph and ID proof. Without this prior authorization, we will not release the child.

    Friday Pick-up : Friday is Performance Day, and we would love for parents to watch their children perform. Please be seated in the respective classroom by 2:20 PM. Enjoy the performance, and kindly inform the class counsellor before departure. If you are unable to attend, the regular pick-up rules will apply on Friday as well.

    Late Pick-up Policy: Pick-up must be on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed, any pick-up after 3:15 PM will incur a late fee. Continued late pick-ups may attract additional charges.

  • Novo Camp offers a 100% vegetarian food environment for all campers.

    We provide the option to opt for meals at the camp. Parents can choose to purchase:

    • Morning snack

    • Lunch

    • Afternoon snack (for extended care)

    You may also choose to send only vegetarian food from home if preferred.

  • Please ensure that your child has the following labelled items everyday:

    • A morning snack

    • Lunch

    • An extra snack, if staying for PM Extended Care

    • Water bottle

    • Sunscreen and Hat

    • An extra pair of clothes

    Also, please check to see that your child is wearing:

    • Casual clothing that can get dirty

    • Comfortable, closed-toe shoes
