Novo Camps – Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Novo Camps. By registering for or participating in Novo Camps programmes, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Participation
Novo Camps programmes are designed for children within the age group specified for each camp. Registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
Parents or guardians confirm that:
The information provided during registration is accurate.
The child is medically fit to participate in camp activities.
2. Programme Structure
Novo Camps offers structured experiential learning programmes that may include activities such as theatre, maker projects, outdoor exploration, collaborative games, and creative learning.
Programme schedules, activities, and facilitators may change based on operational requirements, safety considerations, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Safety and Supervision
Novo Camps maintains supervised environments with trained facilitators. However, participation in physical or creative activities carries inherent risks.
By enrolling, parents acknowledge that reasonable safety measures will be taken but Novo Camps cannot be held responsible for injuries resulting from normal camp participation.
4. Photography and Media
During the programme, photographs or videos may be captured for documentation, communication with parents, or promotional purposes.
Parents may choose to opt out of media usage by informing the Novo Camps team in writing before the camp begins.
5. Behaviour Guidelines
Children are expected to:
Respect facilitators and fellow participants
Follow safety instructions
Maintain a positive and cooperative environment
Novo Camps reserves the right to remove a participant from the programme if behaviour repeatedly disrupts the safety or learning environment.
6. Programme Changes
Novo Camps reserves the right to:
Modify camp schedules
Change facilitators
Adjust activities
Cancel or reschedule sessions if necessary
In such cases, parents will be informed promptly.
7. Liability
Novo Camps and its organisers shall not be liable for:
Loss of personal belongings
Minor injuries occurring during standard camp activities
Circumstances beyond reasonable control such as natural events or facility closures.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
9. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Novo Camps is designed as a structured experiential programme with limited seats. Once a child is enrolled, resources, facilitators, and materials are allocated accordingly. The following refund policy applies to all registrations.
1. Unforeseen Circumstances
If a participant is unable to attend the programme due to unforeseen circumstances communicated to the Novo Camps team before the start of the programme, Novo Camps may issue a refund after deducting 25% of the total tuition fee.
This deduction covers administrative costs, materials preparation, and reserved camp resources.
2. Dissatisfaction with the Programme
If a parent or guardian is dissatisfied with the programme and communicates this concern to the Novo Camps team within the initial phase of participation, Novo Camps may review the request and issue a refund of 90% of the programme fee.
3. Termination of Participation by Novo Camps
Novo Camps reserves the right to terminate a participant’s enrolment if behaviour repeatedly disrupts the safety, learning environment, or well-being of other participants or facilitators.
In such cases, no refund of fees will be issued.
